ATLIS Names Peter Frank as Vice President of Operations, Certification and Events
WASHINGTON — The Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools (ATLIS) announced the appointment of Peter Frank, CAE, as its vice president of operations, certification and events, effective July 1, 2026.
This expanded executive role reflects a broader organizational restructuring designed to position ATLIS for significant growth. By bringing operations, certification and event logistics under unified leadership, ATLIS is strengthening the internal infrastructure and member services that underpin the association’s mission as it enters its next phase of expansion.
Frank brings more than two decades of nonprofit association leadership to the role. Most recently, he served as ATLIS’s senior director of certification and operations, where he spearheaded the development and launch of the association’s flagship professional certification program. Previously, he served as an operational leader at a global professional association, specializing in board partnership, fiscal stewardship and building infrastructure that sustains long-term organizational growth.
“Peter has been instrumental in building what ATLIS is today, and he is the right leader to help carry us into our next chapter,” said Kristin Dietz, MSML, CAE, president and CEO of ATLIS. “His operational discipline, commitment to our members and ability to turn ambitious goals into steady, well-run programs make him a tremendous partner as we scale. I am thrilled to have him in this expanded role.”
“The ATLIS community has shaped me both professionally and personally, and I’m energized to step into this elevated role,” Frank said. “As we build toward an ambitious future, I’m committed to strengthening the foundation that allows our members, programs and mission to thrive.”
