Day 2 goes deeper and more technical. It's built around the full ATLIS K-12 Cybersecurity Assessment, 75 statements across 9 domains, with peer benchmarking, so your team walks in with real data and walks out with a real plan.

You'll:

• Review your school's results against peer benchmarks across all 9 assessment domains

• Hear a case study from a fellow technology director about what a cyber incident actually looked like at their school, and what they learned

• Get briefed on newer risks, including unsanctioned AI tool use and deepfake or voice-clone fraud

• Learn practical data governance habits that keep school data complete, accurate, and consistent

• Get introduced to where physical and Cybersecurity overlap, through the Standard Response Protocol

• Leave with a prioritized technical roadmap you can bring straight back to your team

What you'll walk away with

• Your school's results from both the Executive Snapshot and the Full Cybersecurity Assessment, benchmarked against peer schools
