Cyber Ready: An ATLIS Leadership & Technology Workshop

Day 1: For Your Senior Leadership Team

Audience

Anyone on your school’s senior leadership team: Heads of School, CFOs and Business Officers, COOs, Directors of Communications, Directors of Safety/Security, and other senior administrators

Day 1 is built for your admin team to attend together.

Cybersecurity decisions get made, or get stalled, at the leadership table, so this day gives your whole senior team a shared, working understanding of your school's risk. No technical background required.

You'll:

See your team's results on the ATLIS Executive Cybersecurity Snapshot, a quick self-assessment built for exactly this conversation
Hear directly from a Head of School and a CFO from other independent schools, sharing how they think about cybersecurity alongside everything else competing for their attention
Work through a live tabletop exercise simulating a real cyber incident, then run your own version in breakouts. You'll make the same calls your school would actually have to make
Get a plain-language briefing on cyber insurance: what's covered, what's excluded, and what your policy expects of you
Leave with an introduction to your school's incident response runbook and a signed Commitment Sheet naming your school's next three priorities
