Event Details

Cybersecurity can be challenging for independent schools, especially when technology teams are small and one person may be responsible for everything from infrastructure and support to data privacy and security.
The ATLIS Cybersecurity Meetup is an informal, peer-driven conversation for independent school technology professionals at schools of all sizes.
Participants will discuss timely cybersecurity issues, share practical approaches, and learn how other schools are addressing common challenges with the resources they have.
Each meetup will also include time for participants to bring a current cybersecurity challenge to the group for peer problem-solving
Topics may include phishing, MFA, cyber insurance, incident response, vendor risk, backups, AI, leadership buy-in, or other issues schools are actively navigating.
There are no presentations and no expectation that schools have a mature cybersecurity program.
Come ready to ask questions, share what is working at your school, and learn from colleagues facing similar challenges.
