ATLIS Women in Tech Meetup Series 2025–26
In partnership with Tech & Thrive, a leadership development agency
ATLIS, in partnership with Tech & Thrive, is once again hosting the Women in Tech Meetup Series to bring together women in technology leadership across ATLIS member independent schools.
These 60-minute, discussion-based sessions are designed to connect you with peers, spark open dialogue, and provide practical strategies you can use right away. Each session centers on three pillars: Belonging (a safe, inclusive space to connect), Vulnerability (honest conversations that lead to growth), and Purpose (aligning your work with your values to make a meaningful impact).

Belonging is the foundation of our meetups. We create a safe, inclusive space where you can bring your whole self, knowing your presence and voice matter. You are not alone. We are here to grow together.

02 Vulnerability
Vulnerability is not a weakness — it is a strength. At our meetups, you can be real about the challenges you face in tech leadership. Together, we create solutions and support one another, knowing that our shared stories make us stronger.
Outcome: Open, honest dialogue that fosters growth and empowerment.
03 Purpose
Purpose gives us direction. At each meetup, we focus on how you can align your career with your values and goals. Through purposeful discussions and actionable insights, you will leave each session more empowered to make a meaningful impact.
Outcome: A clearer sense of direction to create meaningful change in your tech career.
