Ling Lam is a seasoned K-12 EdTech leader with over 15 years of experience driving innovation in learning, IT, and program leadership across global and U.S. schools. As the Director of Technology at Helios School, Ling oversees school-wide infrastructure, including network security and strategic AI initiatives. Ling excels at bridging the gap between technical operations and pedagogy, successfully increasing tech adoption, proactive coaching and system optimization.
