Jason Kern

Jason Kern has been at Mission & Data for 3 years after over 25 years of independent school education experience, most recently as the Assistant Head of School for Innovation and Learning at All Saints Episcopal School in Tyler, Texas. Previously he spent 20 years at The Oakridge School in Arlington, Texas. Jason has a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an ME in Digital Leading and Learning from Lamar University. He holds multiple certifications including as a Registered Scrum Master and Product Owner, a NAIS Aspiring Heads Fellow, a Google Certified Innovator, an Apple Teacher with Swift Programming, and a Raspberry Pi Certified Educator. Jason has also founded conferences such as LLI Southwest, SummerSpark and TEDxYouth@Oakridge and serves on the board of the Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools (ATLIS). Jason completed his Level 4 Diploma from the Wine Spirit Education Trust in 2024.
