Professional Bio

Amber Berry is the Vice President of AI and Strategy for Middle States Association (MSA) and co-founder of RAIL (Responsible AI in Learning), a change implementation framework providing AI literacy and safety endorsements to schools. Her AI team supports 94+ schools across 30 countries, reaching 75,000+ students. With 15 years of experience in public and independent schools as a teacher and division head, Amber translates her leadership background into tech initiatives, hosting live workshops like AI 101 for Educators and the AI Policy Lab. She frequently presents on AI in education via keynotes and instructs professional learning courses.

Amber earned a B.A. from Princeton University, an M.A. from Middlebury College, and an M.Ed. in Private School Leadership from Columbia University Teachers College. She also holds a Mini-MBA in AI for Business.

A health advocate dedicated to sharing her journey of reversing Type 2 Diabetes, Amber serves as the incoming Co-Chair for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Young Leadership Alliance and sits on the Wissahickon Charter School foundation board. On weekends, she cheers on the Philadelphia Eagles alongside her husband and two sons.
