Aggie Malter

Aggie Malter is a leader who empowers education and nonprofit organizations to turn their ambitious visions into tangible realities. She excels at integrating strategy, governance, finance, and community engagement, distilling complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.

Recognized for her human-centered approach to change, Aggie seamlessly connects vision with execution, guiding organizations through transitions and transformations with confidence and order. Committed to volunteer work, Aggie currently serves as the Board Chair of ATLIS (Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools), and the Board Chair of ISAnet(Independent School Association Network). Previously, she dedicated over 30 years to her sorority's board of directors and served as the president of its foundation.

Before her leadership at PAISBOA, Aggie served as the Director of Accreditation at the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS) and contributed to the Commission for Accreditation for a decade. Her career also includes over two decades in diverse senior leadership roles within independent schools. Aggie holds degrees from Widener University, including a Doctor of Education, and a Master's in Education from Penn State University.

In her personal time, Aggie enjoys spending time at the beach with her family–especially Michael, Connor, Harper and Callan.
