Build technology leadership skills using an intentional, differentiated curriculum;

Learn the many roles technology plays in leading an independent school;

Engage with mentors drawn from practicing technology directors and former technology directors at the forefront of their profession;

Build a network of amazing colleagues;

Meet face-to-face for a 4-day Summer Residential Program;

Create a portfolio of monthly assignments and earn badges in an online learning environment;

Attend the ATLIS annual conference (optional) at a discounted rate;

Learn best practices about the many ways technology intersects with leadership and support for the mission of an independent school.

Have led IT or edtech technology at an independent school OR have contributed to the technology team and are interested in professional growth and advancement;

Have secured the support of your Head of School and current supervisor (including financial support);

Can commit to completing all the components of the program, including attending face-to-face sessions.

Tuition includes all programming and course materials, as well as lodging and most meals during the Summer Residential Program at Hockaday. Travel to Summer Residential Program not included; registration, travel, and lodging for ATLIS conferences not included.

First, complete this application, and follow up with an email to include materials listed below -- send this to Susan Davis at [email protected].
1. A current copy of your resume. 2. A letter of support from your current Head of School or Direct Supervisor confirming the school's commitment to your participation (including time commitments and financial support). 3. A letter of recommendation from a peer or colleague (may be your HOS or Current Supervisor, combined with the letter of support above) who knows your work well.
Once these materials have been received, you will be contacted to scheduled an interview regarding your candidacy. Acceptances are made on a rolling basis until the cohort is filled.
