Be the spark that ignites the content you need.

We’re committed to providing you with the content that you need to bring value to your school. After crowdsourcing exercises, we have identified topic areas, based on your input, to begin developing a program that will help you collaborate with your colleagues, share knowledge and gain new insights, and walk away from the conference with concrete plans to begin implementing in your school

Pre-conference workshops

Registration for pre-conference workshops is now also open. Separate registration is required for the ATLIS annual conference.

Pre-conference workshops

The ATLIS Annual Conference is best experienced when you stay on-site in the hotel with which we've contracted for the event. Not only does it enhance your networking opportunities and overall experience to stay at the headquarters hotel, but it helps ATLIS meet its contractual obligations with our venues. As our association grows, majority participation in the hotel block will allow us to negotiate good deals at future conferences and keep the conference rates as affordable as possible. To incentivize your support of the hotel block, we offer a $250 discount on registration to those who stay a minimum of two nights in the host hotel. This discount is available for locals who decide to stay at the host hotel as well. If you have questions, please email [email protected]
*Early registration before March 21st

Health and Safety

The Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools will require all staff and registrants for ATLIS in-person meetings and events to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination before the event via electronic means or onsite before entering the meeting venue. The only exemption to this policy will be religious or documented medical reasons. When this occurs, specific health protocols including pre-event COVID testing must be followed, and otherwise, attendees will not be admitted.

ATLIS will also require registrants to submit an Acknowledgment of Personal Responsibility upon registering for a meeting or event and to comply with any state, local, or event-specific mask mandates in place for indoor events until further notice. At this time, ATLIS is advising masks be worn at all times while indoors when attendees are not eating or drinking.

ATLIS has the right to refuse admission to in-person events for failure to comply with the regulations outlined for the event either at the time of registration or the time of the in-person meeting or event.

Cancellation and Refund Cut-Off Dates

  • Registrations can be transferred at any time with no fee to another person. To transfer your registration, email [email protected]
  • Cancellations by January 31 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellations between February 1 and April 1 will receive a 50% refund
  • There will be no refunds after April 1.
If you are unable to attend for health reasons, we will credit your registration to next year’s conference. If the event is canceled entirely, refunds will be given.
The hotel will allow you to cancel your room without penalty up to 48 hours before your reservation (if canceled within 48 hours, the fee will be equal to one night’s stay), and many airlines continue to offer flexible booking options.
