Homa Tavangar, throughout her career, has addressed themes of culture, innovation, leadership, global competence, and deep diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion. Will Richardson, "Learning in a Post-Pandemic World: What's Changed (and Is Changing) About Education and Schools"Named one of 100 global "Changemakers in Education" by the Finnish site HundrED and one of the Top 5 "Edupreneurs to Follow" by Forbes, Will Richardson has authored six books and has given TEDx Talks in New York, Melbourne, and Vancouver. Early sessions each day will be devoted to providing the context you need for assessing where you are now as we work through our active recovery and wrestling with where to go next while sustaining innovations from the past year. Later sessions will engage attendees in a variety of formats, from guided conversations to quick Soapbox Solutions offered by your colleagues across the independent school landscape, all to help you apply what you have learned and uncover real take-aways. Special topics crowd-sourced from the community include leadership and productivity, teaching and learning, IT systems and support, DEI and technology, and cybersecurity and data safety.
