ATLIS 2018 Annual Conference

Our annual conference will take place April 15-18, 2018 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Crystal City, VA. The hotel is conveniently located above the Crystal City Metro Station, just one stop from Washington Ronald Reagan Airport and three stops from the heart of Washington DC.  Our conference planning committee is hard at work designing an outstanding event for attendees that includes learning and networking opportunities for EdTech and IT leaders from independent schools.  Register today!

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS 

The Crystal Gateway Marriott has rooms available for $254.00 a night for attendees. Hotel reservations can be made using this link. If you are booking multiple rooms, it may be easier to call (703) 920-3230 and explain that you are staying for the ATLIS conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Substitutions and/or transfers of registration from the same school may be made any time prior to the conference for a $25 fee.  Contact Susan Davis to make arrangements for a transfer.  Substitutes that have not submitted their request in writing must check in at the event registration area to ensure that they are not billed as an additional attendee.

 Cancellations by January 6, 2018 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations between January 7 and March 31, 2018 will receive a 50% refund.

There will be no refunds after April 1, 2018.
